Vento is a devoré velvet on a gold satin ground — the peacock-blue pile forms waves and clouds that cross the fabric like currents of air. Warmer than Notte, more restless, closer to the surface of things. Peacock blue has a quality that's both precious and contemporary — it's not classic blue, not navy blue. It's the blue of certain birds, certain skies, certain seas at midday.

Vento is worn by hand or on the shoulder. In motion. The way you carry something that doesn't like to stand still.

• Lining: Fabric gathered between Morocco, Italy, Mexico and Turkey. Each lining is unique.

Devoré velvet is delicate — avoid rubbing, which could damage the pile. Soft dry cloth, away from moisture and prolonged direct light.

For routine cleaning of the frame, gently rub with a soft dry cloth. Avoid water, perfumes and creams.
